I am now immersed in the universe of essential oils, and definitely, they bring several benefits to our daily lives and I’m sharing some information here.
Inhaling the aromas brings us a sense of well-being and has the power to even change our mood.

This is because by inhaling the aromas, we work with our senses, in this case, with the Smell, so important for our brain, as well as taste, vision, hearing and touch.
For inhalation, you can use some drops, 1 or 2 on the palms, then rub your hands and inhale.
For Aromatherapy, you can use the diffuser, mixing about 8 to 10 drops of your essential oil with water. This will leave a special aroma on your Home.
